Graeme Varcoe Director – Building Operations Graeme was also a founding partner of Boutique Homes and established the building capability and negotiated the favourable supplier and subcontractors rates in use today. An important part of Graeme’s role has been to implement best practice Occupational Health and Safety procedures. During his 38 years in the industry, Graeme has held State Building Manager roles with A.V Jennings, Executive Homes, Simonds Homes and Domain Homes. Graeme is a valued member of the HIA and for 10 years has been on the HIA State Technical Committee. |
